Definitions & Interpretations

The following terms used in these Terms & Conditions carry the meanings indicated:

• "Platform" means the rbaze website (https://rbaze.lat) and all associated services.
• "User" means any person who holds a registered account on the platform or uses its services.
• "Account" means the user's personal rbaze profile and login credentials.
• "Bonus" means promotional credits or offers provided by rbaze.
• "Transaction" means both deposits and withdrawals.

Eligibility & Age Requirement

The rbaze platform is for persons aged 21 or older only. By opening an account, you confirm that:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are using this platform voluntarily and at your own discretion.
• All information you have provided is true, accurate, and up to date.
• You are not operating more than one account.

rbaze may request necessary documents at any time for age or identity verification. Failure to provide documents may result in temporary or permanent suspension of the account.

Account Registration & Security

Each user may open only one account. If a single person holds multiple accounts, all of them will be closed and the associated balances may be forfeited.

• Correct name, a valid phone number, and email address must be provided at registration.
• Keeping your password confidential is your own responsibility.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify us immediately at [email protected].
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs on your account.

Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Approved payment methods for transactions on rbaze: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (same for all methods).
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 5–30 minutes.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same mobile wallet account used at the time of deposit.
• rbaze may place withdrawals on hold for verification in the case of suspicious transactions.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

New members on rbaze are eligible for a welcome bonus. Detailed bonus terms:

• 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000.
• Wagering requirement: the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times (on the bonus amount only, not the total balance).
• Example: ৳1,000 deposit receives ৳1,500 bonus → total balance ৳2,500 → to withdraw the bonus, ৳1,500 × 20 = ৳30,000 must be wagered.
• Bonus credits cannot be withdrawn as cash until the wagering requirement is met.
• Multiple bonus claims from the same device, IP address, or household are not allowed.
• rbaze reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.

VIP Program & Rewards

The rbaze VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Each tier offers a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze: up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

Users can advance to higher VIP tiers through continued active participation. VIP benefits are subject to change at rbaze's discretion.

Prohibited Activities

Engaging in any of the following activities is strictly prohibited:

• Fraud, deception, or bonus abuse.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Attempting to access another user's account.
• Attempting to manipulate the platform's software or outcomes.
• Using the platform for illegal funds or money laundering purposes.
• Playing using robots, bots, or automated software.
• Harassing or threatening other users.

If any of these activities are detected, the account will be suspended immediately and all balances may be forfeited.

Account Closure & Suspension

rbaze reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• If these Terms are violated.
• If evidence of fraud or deception is found.
• If identity verification fails.
• If a voluntary self-exclusion request is made under the responsible gaming policy.

Limitation of Liability

rbaze accepts no responsibility for the following:

• Interruption to gameplay caused by loss of internet connection.
• Temporary service outages due to technical errors.
• Software faults from third-party game providers.
• Issues related to the user's own device or network.

If any discrepancy occurs due to a technical error, rbaze will investigate the matter and attempt to provide the fairest possible resolution.

Intellectual Property & Content

All content on the rbaze website — logos, designs, text, graphics, software — is the property of rbaze or its associated game providers. Reproducing, distributing, or using this content without written permission is strictly prohibited.

Privacy Policy

The collection, storage, and use of your personal information is governed by the rbaze Privacy Policy. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy.

• Your information will never be sold to third-party advertisers.
• Information necessary for identity verification and fraud prevention will be retained.
• You may request to update or delete your information.

Dispute Resolution

• After a complaint is submitted, rbaze will investigate and communicate a fair decision.
• Disputes relating to cashier transactions must be reported within a maximum of 30 days.
• rbaze's decision will be considered final, while the user's fair rights are always preserved.

Applicable Law

These Terms shall be governed in accordance with applicable law. If any part of these Terms is deemed legally unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect.
